Das Musikvideo „stone cold fever“ zeigt das emotionale Innenleben von „DragQueen Elizabeth I“, einer vom Show-Business gezeichneten Performer*in.
Inspiriert wurde das Video durch die Figur Elizabeth I aus dem Buch „Orlando“ (Virginia Woolf) und der dazugehörigen Romanadaption, welche seit Februar 2018 im Schauspiel Dortmund zu sehen ist.
Im Theaterstück wird die Szene jeden Abend live als lip-sync/playback performt.
